You will need minimal equipment to complete this program: ankle weights, “bench”, dumbbells, glute bands or mini bands, towel and a mat. I recommend a door attachment as well, however, if you have a door with a handle to loop a towel through (or a secure pole to wrap the towel around) that will work also.
